Rainbow Hearts Foundation (RHF) is a women-centered infertility support community in Uganda offering healing, mental health support, advocacy, and access to care for those affected by infertility. Founded in 2021, RHF was born from lived experience and the understanding that no woman should walk this road alone.

Infertility can bring emotional stress, isolation, depression, social pressure, and even domestic instability. Too often, women carry the blame in silence. At RHF, we gently break that silence.

We have reached over 10,000 individuals across Central and Eastern Uganda, building a movement of healing and empowerment from the grassroots level.

The World Health Organization estimates that millions of couples affected by infertility live in developing countries, yet the emotional toll often goes unseen. RHF exists to change that narrative.
