Centre for Children and Library Foundation
A community-based organization in Tororo District providing education sponsorship, psychosocial counseling, health promotion, and economic empowerment support to vulnerable children and families. Through a kindergarten program, community library with ICT resources, and livelihood initiatives, the organization strengthens child protection and community resilience.

This community-based initiative, founded by a professional social worker and child counselor with over eight years of experience, provides integrated education, psychosocial support, child protection, health promotion, and economic empowerment services in Tororo District, Uganda.
Based in Osukuru Town Council, the organization supports vulnerable children through school sponsorships, a community kindergarten program, and access to a fully equipped community library with ICT resources.
In addition to education support, the initiative offers counseling and psychosocial care for children, youth, adults, and families experiencing domestic challenges, while promoting health, sanitation, and community well-being.
Through livelihood projects for parents and caregivers, the organization strengthens household economic stability to ensure children remain safe, supported, and in school.
Serving underserved communities including Abwanget, Akablit, Asuret, Ngelechom, and surrounding areas, the initiative takes a holistic, grassroots approach to sustainable community development and child welfare.
