Rainbow Hearts Foundation (RHF)

Rainbow Hearts Foundation (RHF) is a registered non-governmental and not-for-profit organization founded in 2021 with the aim of improving the health and wellbeing of people affected by infertility.

Rainbow Hearts Foundation (RHF) is a registered non-profit organization founded in 2021 dedicated to improving the health, mental wellbeing, and quality of life of individuals and families affected by infertility in Uganda and across developing communities.

Uniquely positioned as a holistic infertility support organization, RHF provides grassroots-driven solutions that address the medical, psychological, and social impacts of infertility. The foundation supports individuals through mental health support groups, advocacy initiatives, access to surgical treatment pathways, and partnerships with healthcare providers and corporate stakeholders.

With over 10,000 individuals reached and an expanding advocacy footprint across Central and Eastern Uganda, RHF works to close the gap in infertility awareness, reduce stigma, and strengthen community response systems. The organization recognizes that infertility carries deep psychosocial consequences, particularly for women who may face social exclusion, domestic instability, emotional distress, and economic vulnerability.

In alignment with global data from the World Health Organization indicating that millions of couples affected by infertility live in developing countries, RHF is committed to driving sustainable change through education, community engagement, and accessible support services.

Rainbow Hearts Foundation exists to ensure that people living with infertility are supported to thrive, rebuild confidence, and live fulfilling lives.
